JEJ Terms of Use
These Terms govern use of the JEJ Top Priority Corporation website and buyer portal. By creating an account or using the portal, you agree to use it lawfully and provide accurate information.
Accounts
You are responsible for protecting your password and verification codes, keeping your contact information current, and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access. Accounts may not be shared or used to impersonate another person.
Property information
Availability, area, classification, pricing, payment terms, and project information shown online are subject to verification and final written approval. A displayed lot is not guaranteed until the required reservation process is completed and accepted by JEJ.
Reservations and payments
Submitting a request does not automatically approve a reservation. Payments are recognized only after JEJ verification and posting to the official account record. Users must review the applicable reservation, cancellation, refund, forfeiture, contract, and payment terms before proceeding.
Documents and acceptable use
You may upload only authentic documents that you are authorized to provide. You must not attempt unauthorized access, alter records, upload malicious files, disrupt the service, scrape private data, or bypass security controls.
Electronic records
You consent to receiving account, reservation, payment, contract, and service communications electronically using the contact details you provide, subject to applicable law.
Service availability
The website may be unavailable during maintenance, security response, hosting interruption, or events beyond reasonable control. JEJ may suspend access to protect users, records, or the system.
Limitation and governing documents
The portal is a service and record-management tool. Signed contracts, official receipts, approved schedules, and written JEJ policies control if they conflict with preliminary website information. Nothing in these Terms removes rights that cannot legally be waived.
